To carry out an order we process data of the sender and the recipient, such as name, address and contact details.

The client warrants that it is authorised to provide this data to Jet-Express and, where necessary, informs the data subjects about this processing.

We only share personal data with parties that help us deliver the service, and solely for that purpose:

- Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe): secure processing of online payments for prepayment

- Resend: sending transactional emails such as confirmations, quotes and invoices

- OpenRouteService: calculating route and distance; only address data is used for this

- Google Analytics (Google): website usage statistics, only after your consent

- PostHog: product analytics to improve the website, only after your consent

- Our hosting provider: hosting the application and storing data in our database

- Clean-Force B.V.'s own order, accounting and invoicing systems: for handling quotes, orders and invoicing

We never sell your data and do not use it for sale to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some services we use may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. This applies to Google Analytics and PostHog, and only after you have given consent for analytical cookies.

Appropriate safeguards apply to these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
