At Jet Express, you pay for quality, not for surprises. Our rates are transparently structured, so you know exactly what your shipment costs upfront. Every surcharge is shown as a separate line in the price overview — just a fair price for a reliable service.
We consciously invest in electric and hybrid vehicles, without increasing your bill. This way you combine speed and reliability with a lower CO₂ footprint.
What makes up our price?
Our rates are clearly structured from four components. This way you know exactly what you're paying for.
Base trip price per zone
Short trips have a fixed base price; from 50 km we charge per kilometer. City trips (up to 15 km) and regional trips (15–50 km) have a fixed trip price per country. National trips (50–150 km) and Benelux trips (from 150 km or cross-border) are charged per kilometer. The pickup country determines the rate.
Fuel surcharge
A fuel surcharge applies to the trip price: 12% in Belgium and 16.5% in the Netherlands, determined by the pickup country. This surcharge is indexed monthly and always appears as a separate line in your price overview.
Pickup timing
Trips during office hours use the standard rate. Evening pickups (after 18:00) or Saturday add +50%; Sundays and public holidays add +100%. Surcharges are never stacked on top of each other and each appears separately in the price overview.
Additional options
Do you have specific requirements? Think of:
- • Extra stops along the way (€18 per stop in Belgium, €12.50 in the Netherlands)
- • Waiting time after a 15-minute franchise (€7.50 per quarter hour in Belgium, €9.50 in the Netherlands, invoiced afterwards)

- • Weight surcharge from 50 kg

Electric driving is more affordable than you think
Electric vehicles have lower energy costs than traditional diesel vans. Additionally, maintenance and road tax are lower. We pass these savings on in our rates, so you benefit from sustainable transport without extra cost.
Your shipment, our responsibility
By choosing Jet Express, you automatically reduce the CO₂ emissions of your logistics chain. We report the avoided emissions per trip on request, so you can include this data in your sustainability report or ESG reporting.

City trip of 12 km
Pickup and delivery in Belgium, within 15 km. Fixed base trip price plus fuel surcharge.
